the staff was friendly, always ready to assist with directions.

My room faced an inner courtyard. The view consisted of a wall and some ventilation units. the air conditioning didn't work, so the room was stuffy. the double bed was only 140 cm wide, not suitable for two people.

The location was convenient. It was close to the train station.

the parking situation was a joke. the remote control for the parking didn't work, and i had to call someone who asked pointless questions. also, the room wasn't as clean as i'd hoped, which wasn't ideal after a long day.
